Hi, nice pictures, I just bought my first digital camera (Sony DSC-P72) and am getting familiar with it, taking pictures is a great way to relax.
I used to live on W. 18th Street and used to run daily along the Hudson River (back in 1998).
So much of it has changed in the past few years (not counting the WTC), I always enjoy thinking back on running there, it was a good feeling.
Rion, you're killing me. These photos are too beautiful. I MISS NY.
great shots.
greg: there's even more... i didn't take photos of the new facilities along the hudson river park's village waterfront. there are new, huge lawns and gardens on some of the resurrected piers -- all to open v soon this spring. it's really phenomenal looking.
wow, looks great. i have to find a job in n.y. once i finished university here in switzerland.
these are some wonderful shots, such strong color combinations and contrast
thank you linked to me:-)
I've been visiting your site for over a year and just had to tell you that these are the best photos I've seen yet. The first one in particular is gorgeous.
what brent said. =]
These are awesome. Love the "dusky" feel...and the contrast in texture between sky/choppy water is so very nice. Lovely.

i keep hearing that that groove armada song 'at the river' when looking at these. very very nice j.
these photos are gorgeous.
these photos are absolutely stunning! They take you to the water's edge....you can feel the crisp, fresh air, cold and biting. A very "alive" feel to them! Can create a longing.....a memory...
