the V&A's massive spaces are filled with the most phenomenal of pieces of history and art, including the new architecture gallery, the work of ilse bing: queen of the leica, and the cast courts, a stunning room housing the two halves -- that 7th shot above is only the top half -- of a life-sized cast of the Trajan Column... just to name a few highlights. i was there most of the day and still didn't see all that the V&A had to offer.
