In Puerto Rico this is a piragua, shaved ice with sweet fruit syrup. it's quite good and refreshing when hot. I like the 2nd and 4th picture best.

I love the close-up portrait in the 3rd photo. Its such a complete moment. The color of his clothing, the age on his face, and the light gliding down from the right all work together beautifully. Thats an incredible shot.
