Great view isn't it? Horribly cold though! I went in mid-December and found it difficult to get shots in the high winds. Also, the Top of the Rock makes me heate the ugly MetLife building even more for blocking the Chrysler Building from that vantage point.

Got to add this to my list of things to do next time I'm in New York.

I have to add to the love of the first one. It's like Jesus wandered by (in his leather jacket).

The first one looks like a vintage shot from the 70s or something. I love the guy & the girl's pink pants, and the hint of sunset coming from the right...

First shot, love the walk through and that beautiful sky! Second shot, great angle, just like being there. Third shot, using the window as a frame, and the great shadows coming in. Fourth shot, the bag. The last two shots just give us who've never been a great view of what were missing. All well done.

I don't think you could have asked for a better first shot. Wonderful! I still need to get up there myself.
04 March 06 @ 11:47
My fav is the "I Love NY" shot.

I like the the color of this urban. Old, mature, but ellegant with its complexity. The last pics is pretty, but unfortunately the direction of sun light was not in the perfect place, make us face the dark shadow of the buildings.
