ADDITIONAL NOTES:
venezia, italy: the last post from the beautiful city of Venice, a city that has changed little since I visited it in 1996, (with the exception of freely-found wi-fi, of course). Our first official trip in Europe, this unique Italian city couldn't been a lovlier example of the history and culture that our new continent has to offer. More international travel to come.Sunday 21 May 2006

Venice truly is a world of it's own. Never had a more peaceful nights sleep.

it?s funny, when i was in venice, i have taken the same photograph of these monks at the entry of this church!
It's great to see you enjoying Europe!
so beautiful.
I'm chinese. It's my first time to see the foreign country so true.
i really want to go outside to see how you make your life.I think it must be intresting and funny.
Are those monks or mummified alien creatures? Kinda scary ya think? I'm thinkin' Da Vinci Code here. Best shots are crooked door (crooked house) and light through the leaves... tranquil yet brutal.
When I use to teach in the South Bronx, on the 4th hot floor, every morning. Ms. Gitler & I use to pretend that we were sitting at a cafe. we had coffee that another teacher made against the RULES...Thank You
